Humans are incredibly cunning. Our pattern recognition is elite. At our best, we are beautifully and stunningly creative. That’s worth protecting.

Put the phone down a few times a day. Make a decision without GPT. Be prepared to get some things wrong.

When something feels off, trust your intuition. Feel your way through.

The smartphone should be your slave. Not the other way around.
