True passion isn’t just loving something when it’s easy, it’s staying committed when it’s difficult.

Burnout is not just a performance problem, its a wellbeing issue.

When I’m off. I’m unclear on a move… or when I feel like I’m drifting or losing my way… I ask myself one question...

I do my best to say good morning, or at the very least smile, to anyone who walks past me.

If you show up in a passion fuelled state every day… and you’re competing with someone who doesn’t… it’s not even close.

It's funny how when you remove expectation and come place of service you create a space for the magic to happen.
